Returns:
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted, unless there is a material defect or damage occurred during shipping.
In the case of a material defect, photos of defect must be submitted to info@barkingkc.com along with order number.
Although rare, if damage does occurring during shipping, please send photos of product AND shipping package to info@barkingkc.com.
It is our goal to have happy customers. We will work with you to correct either of these issues.
Refunds are granted on a case by case basis, and at the sole discretion of the company.
